moved from noom. I went from 75kg in Nov 2017 to 64.4 in Sept 2018. well done me! going back to work and not logging or being conscious has seen it shift back up again. want to get to 65kg.. what I weighed in 2013 when Nico and I got married. just a goal... I am comfy now and happy with my body but just this half a kg has made me feel bloated and big boobed. so let's get down to 65 and keep it there.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
