Starting a challenge today... weighing in. I like to do it weekly and Monday is kind of good since I have issues with weekends. It is "Top model looks" which is not what I am going for BUT it has some rules and lots of mini-goals, etc which I like. Let's give it a shot and see how it goes.
69.6 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
