So I discovered I have lost 3cm on my hips an 2cm on my waist... that was the great news, but I also discovered that I was loosing muscle mass... perhaps my protein intake is not high enough and after reading more on it I discovered it could also be that I do too much cardio and too little strength training... but there is so many conflicting info on the internet, the one conclusion I came to is I need to up my protein intake...man, loosing the right thing which we just call weight can be a little complicated... but I am glad I know what is lacking... still a lot too learn about how to loose fat instead of muscle...
80.8 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Having a similar problem, started having a protein shake in the morning and Pilates/Yoga 2/3days a week. Seems to be helping instead of just cardio

Thanks Leah.n for your comment, I have been doing 30 to 40 min cardio 5 days a week. I’m going to have to do as you, cut it back to 3 days a week. It just feels strange if I don’t do cardio, so I’m going to have to figure this out.
