🤦🏽‍♀️🤯🙇🏽‍♀️Late supper... but still frustrating after all the cardio🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️ I had done🥺... looks like 80 is my new struggle 😠🥵... but I have got to get out of here...maybe some IF will need to do the trick... give the body a bit of a shock into 79🤔
80.9 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
