lost it yesterday, just went on a binge. but back on IF today. the problem is I still use food when I feel sad or stressed. I need a different outlet.
89 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am the same and I still have those days but I’ve found when I’m super stressed I go workout for 20 minutes or I do some Gardening (that is super therapeutic) and when I’m done I down a glass of water and then I don’t want to comfort eat anymore

Working out definitely helps, or get something that you enjoy doing that takes your mind off things. I usually read a feelgood story to help me, or take a minute to draw a bit. Find something you love.
