Not a significant drop, but I have eaten more calories lately. Also, I have gone on more walks and done more physical work, so I think that I am building a little more muscle. Getting around is getting easier and easier, I am walking faster and breathing less heavy.
155.7 kg Lost so far: 73.4 kg.    Still to go: 42.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
