11kg 🤸‍♂️... I do want to get out of the 83 kg now... been here for too long... am very happy with my progress today... 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 and on we go with eating properly and right in time...
83.2 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
