My FS journey started March 2017. I lost 20kg within 6months. My weight stalled & remained more or less the same for a whole year fluctuating between 102 & 105 since last Sept, I think I lost the plot somehow, but I kept reminding myself how far I have come since I started my journey. I stopped weighting myself cos the scale was starting to depress me but at least I haven't gained weight & now the needle has started to move down again, yeah.😀 cos I had to reset my mind frame again, I am mentally ready, I guess you just gotta keep on going!😉😀
