Can't seem to stop my bad eating habits of take away and sweet things 😭 why!?!?
70.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

they taste soooooo good😫 maybe if you work it into your calories, (eg. takeaway once a week/sweets every now and then) itll be easier to stick to more nutritious foods the majority of the time

Im on the same page, did not eat any real food today (again)🙈 but had prawn chips and dip and a doughnut.......
