Like they say, bietjie bietjie maak meer. I've decided to keep that in mind and stop putting myself under pressure. Truth is, I have lost a whole lot of weight, and I am going to get to my goal no matter what. So I have decided to stop weighing in everyday but every 3 days instead.
87.4 kg Lost so far: 34.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

I agree, I get so caught up in the scale amount. Some days when I am at home I weigh several times a dsy and of course the numbers are inconsistent. Every 3rd day sounds like a good idea

lol TG Gauteng. I thought I was bad 😅 We are supposed to weigh ourselves once a week but I can't wait in the mornings to climb on the scale. even a 100 grams loss keep me motivated and very happy. lost 800g after 12 day plateau and big was my surprise this morning weighing in another 1kg less. can't remember when last I weighed under 70 kg.

Yes that's so true. I'm obsessed with the scale. I even take everywhere with me....😂😂

🤣 my scale’s battery is flat and i promised myself to not change it otherwise i weigh every morning. Next week it will be 4weeks since I’ve weighed in and it feels good not to want to get on the scale every morning. I can feel that I’m loosing some cm and thats good for now
