81.4kg when I started my fast on Sunday

And 77.2kg this morning.
Will post Fat% ,BW% and BM% changes ,when I break my fast.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.2 kg a Week

plss can you explain to me which one yiur on and also what food do u eat ..normal carbs as in anything or still healthy

@Cobacne Im normally on Intermittent Fasting 19/5 and Low Carb. But since my weight has been yo-yo between 81 kg and 79 kgs Which maybe because of water retention. So this week I decided to eat nothing but water just to detox my body. I don’t recommend water( you must do a thorough research before you start). I recommend IF and low carb they can be modified according to what works for you. You can do for example:14/10, 16/8 (14 or 16 hrs fasting and 10 or 8 eating window) or anytime time that suits you. But you must research please. IF works wonders though.

THANKS ..reason for asking I can't always eat at 5-6-7 maybe at night so I was confuse as to is it a must to eat FRST meal at 10 example and last at 6 ?? I am also staying between 80:79kgs but I know water diet won't work

@Cobacne are you following a low carb diet? Keeping your net carbs at no more than 20g? I clocked in at just over 82kg also struggled, but started the fasting and I am losing nicely
