struggling to loose more weight ! already lost 10kg. any tips?
86 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try swapping your breakfast and lunch around and they say every 6 weeks change your meal plan and exercise. Your body gets use to the routine

Remember that you are loosing weight. Thus you need to drop your calorie intake as you are requiring less for maintenance. Hope it makes sence
