fell off the wagon....sweets,junk food and alcohol.starting again today-I can do this...One meal and say at a time
112.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do this! Wagons are meant to be “gotten back on” again! 🤸🏿‍♂️🧗🏾‍♀️ I tend to find that I always come back much much stronger after one of those. We all have them but rising above it makes you an even stronger person!
