Wow! You're doing great on your "reset"! So far I haven't lost anything since I started over. Thought I'd be okay with a small baked potato, but it's probably the reason why. Ate the last one today for breakfast so will see what happens.

I'm restricting my carbs, no potatoes for me. Once I get used to it, I have little craving for carbs. Hopefully I can stick with it for awhile and see some positive results before going off the track... again! Have you tried to cut your carbs?

Thsiun - When I am being really good I do keep an eye on carbs and try to not go above 100 grams or so a day. I do best when I can do IF and stop eating early in the day and practice portion control, keeping calories around 1000. I feel once I can start my daily walks again (at least 4 miles a day and as much as 10) I'll really get focused again. It's just too hot and smoky. Figure another few weeks. In the meantime I'll feel okay if I keep the junk out of my cupboards and fridge. I think you are doing great!
