Yesterday started inputting my food journal into Fatsecret again. Note that I am also writing down what I eat in a manual food journal as well. Wrapping up the 21 day fix portion control tracking, but still mindful of it as it is a great thing to recognize portion control. I've recently come off of unmindful eating and I have noticed that it has not jumped back to disciplined and mindful eating prior to vacation. It takes some effort for sure, as we still have things in our house that are not the greatest thing to have. Fortunately the meal planning hops back into reality today (grocery shopped yesterday). Workout happened this morning - P90X shoulders and arms. Hard to jump back into that too...but back to 6 days a week working out. Was told earlier this year that I have a small nodule on my thyroid, and not to worry about it right now, but know that each year I will need to have an ultrasound. Joy.
