Slowly making progress!!! Had a few weak moments this week, but it's the weekend and I'm going to crush it!!! I hope you all have a great weekend!!!
169.8 kg Lost so far: 59.2 kg.    Still to go: 56.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your UP attitude is sUPer and well needed today, I have also had a few down days last week and feel yuck today (after a moderate binge last night) So I'm going to be kind to ME today and rest.
