Hey guys so I’m a student and I’m really looking for some motivation and ideas to help my weight loss attempt whilst keeping on a busy schedule at school, so healthy lunch suggestions that are easy to make and stuff like that, would really appreciate the help🦋
85 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Boiled eggs r very filling. U should also buy some brown paper bags to make air popped oil free pop corn in the microwave

Intermittent fasting not only saved me time, but cutting out a meal a day also saved me money. When I'm in a rush I like to put a little tuna salad together in minutes.
