In October 2017 i weighed 86kgs. Still overweight (obsese even by BMI standards) but I was comfortable in my body. Then I fell off the wagon hard.
I'm an occasional juice faster. it works as a rest for the body and there ou'd obvious quick weight loss, but maintaining that loss is the challenge.
