Geez, I'm losing all this because I've been I'll. I have been eating the whole time though, but differently. I think I must analyse this. Maybe it can shed some insight into why I haven't been losing weight.
109.3 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 34.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
