Ok maintenance went well, now bulking till September. Bulking is such a mental game, trying to pickup weight always makes me nervous. All that is going through my head will I be able to lose is again.
59.5 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
