Gained 1/2 lb over the weekend <sigh> weight is so easy to gain, so hard to lose! I will try to take solace in the fact that it was only 1/2 lb, and try to get rid of it today.
68.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
