I think I have become less disciplined. But I hope this month will yield better results. I'm like a yo-yo. One day on and one day off and it's not helping.
I think I should just stat over. So today I make this commitment to myself. That come Monday 09/07/2018 I will start on this journey again. I am just 27kg away from my goal. Surely that can't be that hard.
So I had McDonald's just before my night shift, so much calories for 1 meal though. That is the only meal I had the whole day,hopefully it will not affect my weight much.
