I drank a can of coca cola today I cannot tell u why itd just one of those days when u crave something that u even know will make u sick .and a pack of chips ya neh hope i dont end up eating ice cream as well that will be very bad I want loose weight this winter the goal is to be at 83kg at the end of august any ideas with this cold weather its not easy to resist food but still i dont eat junk I am a bit disciplined .thanks to the support i get here its slow but its going my goal is that come december 2018 I must have completed this weght loss plan/program so i must be 75kg then how sexy I will look cant wait but the journey is not easy.big ups to u all.
