How many calories do you guys have for breakfast I usually have under 350 but I feel it shouldn't be enough?
56.5 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well mainly I would have 1 or 2 slices of whole w toast or fruit salad with plain yogurt

Mine is about 200.

I skip breakfast, only eat at about 11am and I dont find it to be a problem

On Keto I have about 300 at each meal and about 200 for coffees/snacks

Usually I have exactly 275 at around 12ish, I skip lunch but snack a lot. (Sugarless chewing gum, apple slices, dark chocolate, etc) and then supper at around 6ish, after which I dont eat except maybe a cup of cappuccino if I'm really craving it. But this is just my routine though I think it counts as IF, though unintended.

I eat 11am breakfast slightly above 330cal. I fast 16hours from dinner(previous day) to breakfast next day.Never use to do breakfast anyway. Do bulletproofcoffee early mornings if I feel like it with butter. I would every now and then do an early breakfast to break the cycle...eating to early just makes me crave for all sorts of no-no's!😁(I swear its like sugar spike cravings)

My breakfasts are usually 180-200cals🙌🏼🙌🏼 •1/2 cup low gi muesli w/ 3 tbsp fat free yogurt OR •bokomo instant oats-caramel w/ 30ml low fat milk, sometimes I add 8g of protein powder
