I really admire you. The weight you started and what you have achieved it amazing. My mother is 160kg all her life and had many warnings of dying because of her weight and she makes empty promises that she will lose the weight. My son with cancer said Ouma is probably going to outlive all of us with her weight and that is so unfair. I live with morbidly obese family in my side and non have made a effort to lose weight. Wow you really a inspiration to me. Well done

Thank you Belinda, i appreciate the kind words. I have a few relatives that are morbidly obese too and i can completely relate to you, they also don't make the effort to lose weight and it's frustrating to try and change your life whilst they eat whatever they like. I'm so sorry to hear that your son has cancer, i hope he is going to be okay... 

You have really inspired me to start again today. So new beginning for me and my lifestyle. My son he's amazing. His third year of treatment and he never complains. We've got another year and a half before he will be in remission. The reason why I am on this app from picking up 17 kg on the first year when he was diagnosed. I decided I can't continue picking up weight while we have so long to go. It's not easy when I am a emotional eater but I need to change my comfort to something else.
