Even if I only lose 100g a week Im happy. Rome wasnt built in a day and im not going to lose 15kgs over night. So 500g in a week is good for me.
69.1 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
