Just did my biggest loser weigh in and it’s 5.3kgs in two weeks..just clean eating and gym..10 weeks to go and I can smell the two digits
127.3 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
