Normal active week with mindful eating, no tracking of food but sticking to decent portions (Precision Nutrition Hand size scale)

I had a cardio sprint cycle in westerpark and my first kickboxing class for high level cardio/peak range training. 5/5 active days and a new fitbit! Bring on the weekend for some active rest!

I can feel my body changing. This is great 💪🏻 😎
110.1 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
