Dear Diary: I am now at that turning point where I feel tired, demotivated, wanting to binge eat etc. and not really losing weight. starting walking / jogging and now plain tired. BUT seeing all the people having the same struggle, and seeing some pretty motivational quotes, movies etc, I have promised myself that I WILL NOT give up. I DO NOT want to go back to that "fat place" again of feeling like a piece of blubber, feeling uncomfortable and feeling just plain fat. Also started doing exercises for those flabby arms. Nothing major. wanted to stop that too, being all demotivated and all, but then I started seeing results. Not so much looking thinner, but feeling and looking a bit more "solid". So I will continue with that. Also going to add H.I.I.T. exercises to the daily menu of jogging and arm exercises.....IF I can find my exercise mat.....been tucked away in a cupboard somewhere. To all the ppl out there who feel they want to give up : simply continue your routine as if it is part of life. That's why you are doing this anyway right? Sharing a quote from a movie called "The Cinderella Story", ( I love it btw) : " Never let the fear of striking out prevent you from playing the game". ☺
95.4 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
