So bloated today! everywhere. Ankles swollen. Heart burn all night. stomach cramps. I ate way too much yesterday. I need to learn to say no!
71.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i have days like that, sometimes it goes on for a week. me, its just emotional eating - as much as i know i shouldn't do it, its kinda hard to say no. and feeling uncomfortable and guilty sux either

Its very hard to say no. Specially if a family member is visiting from over sees and you havent seen them in forever and they want to spoil you. Its been going on for a week! Im now hiding from her. I feel like a terrible person but I have to for my fats sake. lol
