Odd, if you consume massive carbs and calories and don't burn them off then weight goes up. Need to make a note of that. :)

Argh...whenever I eat a few extra carbs, my weight goes up. Even if I am in the calorie window...

It's just the water that carbs bind in the body, it has nothing to do with picking up weight in terms of fat!
