GOOD DAY -- Tuesday, May 4, 2010. I'm starting over and am going to start putting my food on my journal on here again. I'm trying no carbs again. I think that if I can avoid carbs, maybe I'll be able to pull myself away from my food addiction. Thursday is my birthday, and a year ago today I weighed about 15 pounds less than I do today. I've stayed this heavy for months, but I want to get back to last year's weight. So I'm going to look over what I was eating in those good days in April and early May, '09, before I regained the weight. I know I can do it if I just stick to it. I'm going to focus and hopefully succeed this time.
