HiiT PLYO. Actually completed without stopping, not my favorite moves... burpees, mountain climbers, squat jumps, jump lunges, high knees. But I did it.

I couldn't do any of those - not even sure what some of them are. It's all I can do to walk just over 3mph on the treadmill for 30 minutes with no incline!

Take it slowly and safely, but do not underestimate yourself, physical training has a lot to do with mental strength. I used to remind my trainer my age so he wouldn't push me too hard. He would bring up women in their 70s who weight train. Check out Ernestne Sheperd, she's the world's oldest female body builder and she looks awesome!

Im doing 21dayfix & I do not like the plyo. Soo many jumps. Which work out plan are you using?

Using Beachbody Les Mills Pump and Combat Hybrid. Too bad it's no longer available on their website. But I had downloaded the calendar years ago.
