Workout. I'm planning to complete a 12 week training program at home. I did it last summer when my weight went up to 188, but I wasn't watching my diet so the result was minimal, losing only about 17 lbs in 3 months. I gained back about 5 or 6 lbs of the weight and stayed around 175 for a good 10 months. No matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get my weight under 170. Just this spring, I worked with a personal trainer for 3 months, I got stronger but didn't lose weight because I wasn't able to stay on a diet. This time, something seems to be working :)

I also have 21 day fix and many other programs. I'm doing Les Mills Pump and Combat using beachbody's hybrid calendar. How's 21 day fix? I didn't try it yet. I wish in 10 yrs I can still do 21 day fix and walking 2-3 hrs. You're amazing! I might try to follow Dr. Fung's 48 hr. fasting protocol, it seems doable.

Oh, you had me riled up at first, thinking I'd missed a challenge. I can't follow a workout program, other than planks or stretches attached to some daily task routine I have, like brush & floss then planks with mouthwash in. And sometimes intentional exercise. ---- P90x I only know from workplaces as something people use as excuse for being late to meetings and keeping higher status people waiting. Is it possible to do at home?---- Beach bodies, we all have the body, just need a beach to put it on! And a suit to wear, depending on laws. --- Maybe if you post your exercises, some of us less motivated people can just try to copy what you do?

T8U9, you just have to find what you like. Some people like running and some like Zumba. This is the only program I actually did finish, most of the time I would quit halfway. It is Les Mills Body Pump and Body Combat I got years ago from Beachbody. I use a barbell for strength and boxing gloves that came with the set for cardio. The cardio is MMA inspired, incorporating karate, kick boxing, muay thai, and capoeira. There are lots of kicking and punching which I really like. It's therapeutic for me. Les Mills also have On Demand I believe is $120/year but I'm sticking with the DVD because I still don't get bored with it. You can Google it and check it out on YouTube maybe you'll find it fun.
