We've been communicating about rape, trauma, life-threatening illness, war victims who are migrating. These traumatic life experiences are soul challenging. I just read and listened to moving podcasts on these topics. How do we deal with trauma and the dark side. Can we appreciate the glory of life more when we've suffered? And how is this reflecting in our body disfunctions. Can we learn to inhabit our bodies better to heal trauma and our dis-ease? That was very helpful. I understand more what is going on and what has been happening for the past 12 years for my child, and the past 52 years for me. I bookmarked the page and will listen to the talk on Tuesday. (Double shift tomorrow)
