HELLO CARBS DAY. TOM is generating some chaos. Guess my cheat day is today....should know to eat a heavier breakfast and that usually tides me over well! Not tonight. And it's nearly 4pm and I'm having regular coffee w/ almond joy creamer. Another good waste of calories, but wow did it smell simply awesome when I opened the cabinet.
