And only 544 calories. I did have leftover steak 😊 but none of the rice mixture. I adapted an online recipe with ingredients I had on hand. It called for corn I didn't have & canned tomatoes. I used fresh tomatoes & added the onion, peppers & celery. It was quite nice!
