Jax, I have actually been in maintenance for awhile. I eat an average of 1700-2000 daily calories each week. This meal was 655 calories. Even during my weight loss phase I would have eaten a similar meal. My dinner meal was usually my highest calorie meal. I am getting over being sick, so my meals this past week have not been "normal". I eat now for nutrition & energy to fuel my workouts 3 × a week. I also am a firm believer that eating to lose weight or maintain afterwards can include a variety of foods & should be tasty.
