These are pretty good. I had an Elevation Advanced Chocolate/peanut butter protein bar, (Aldi's brand,) for breakfast.

I like these for when I know my schedule is tight and I don't want to get so hungry that I make a food choice I'll regret later. I buy the Rx Bar, they are the same type of thing; a little over 200 calories tides me over until I can get food I'd prefer.
