I've lost under 1kg this month, but I'm feeling great!
My clothes are fitting very loosely, and I'm feeling so confident. I just wish the scale would help me realize it's not in my head...

Thank you everyone for the kind words, it means so much to me! I just count my calorie, try get as much protien as I can and do 10 000 steps a day. If I have time after house work and cooking I will do a little ab work out.
