Seem to just be on auto pilot lately, drifting along.

I see you are 80 lbs down. That's a great place to be drifting. You'll pick it up again soon my friend.

Auto pilot is a good place to be once you've reached your goal. The last bit is the hardest. You need to find a reason to hit your goal and that reason becomes your motivation. Activities that include new friends are some of the strongest motivators.
