a friend of mine told me her weightloss journey. she lost a lot of weight pretty fast through intermittent fasting. I tok forever to lose my weight but I am glad of the route I took because I learned a lot about sustainable habits and healthy cooking. still what she shared seems really great since it is good for you overall health if done correctly. I'd love to do it but I am breastfeeding. 12:12 seems doable since it's not that extreme.. once my baby eats more solids if like to explore this more.
