when I was pregnant I gave you cheese and dairy(where I could) and only ate home made sweet stuff. I was very naughtious so it was easy to do. after u gave birth I really felt great. though BB I am calor counting and eating healthy I really do suspect those two changed were a big game changer in how I felt and looked. time to get back to it and see if it's true. I am no longer living with other people who cook for me so I think it will be easier to eat plant based. one vegan meal a day.(at least) just made a semi successful oatmilk recipe. here we go....
