Ate a bit more healthier when in hospital with mom last week. Retaining water again. Stomach crazy. Sleep is off. But still able to get in 7000 steps a day and work at my desk job. Least favorite thing is walking in the LR. Over it. Walked in hospital room and still got in 7000 steps. May not be doing anything else super well, but counting my blessings as they appear. It’s not about me—but Mom.
