I ate fruit & lost weight ☆ Still eating lots if fruit in maintenance ☆ It's Workout Wednesday :-)

I love fruit! I've discovered this year from someone on FS (I think it was JustBananas) that I could freeze grapes and I bought grapes all summer long. I also love pineapple, raspberries, blackberries. Can't wait until I reach maintenance!

We have also frozen watermelon and cantaloupe and enjoy in winter months.
