2day I'm nt weighing myself, 4 fear that I might hv gained. With good reason though, I just found out that I'm 3 weeks pregnant. So no more diets 4 the next 9 months. M not sure if it's possible 4 1 2 lose during pregnancy.

If you are overweight it is very good for you to loose weight when you are pregnant. There is a lot of pregnancy problems stemming from weight issuses. Make sure you eat the right kind of food to support your baby's growth and keep you both healthy. My friend had a dietician work out a eatingplan for her and she lost 22 kg while pregnant, had a natural birth and ababy weighing 3,4 kg at birth. Congratulations, enjoy this time and look after yourself!

you van still cut carbs and sugar while pregnant , baby dont need any of those either

Thnx Carsten8 n Marie. Ur comments r really helpful. I will visit a dietician and see if they can assist. I'm also scared 2 gain, cz m already big as it is.

All of my overweight friends lost weight while pregnant. I don't know why or how, but I wonder if the pregnance doesn't somehow help? Wishing you luck.

Hi Membry, CONGRATULATIONS!! If you ocntinue eating a well-balanced diet, watch your portion sizes and drink your water you can continue losing weight. I continued losing weight whilst on weighless until the third trimester when i started to slowly gain. I was put on a pregnancy plan, which increased carbs, protein and dairy. All the best!
