how did you make the cheese taco?

These are ridiculously easy to make. Just put grated cheese into a pan and heat on med-high until bubbling and just starting to turn a little brown. Remove from heat and carefully lift out of pan. It will firm up a little as it cools but still be bendy. Literally better than regular taco shells!
