This & a Luigi's Italian Ice...Kiwi Strawberry for dessert was 200 calories. Ending my day @1574 calories.

Have you ever tried a Premier Protein Shake? The Chocolate Peanut Butter one is out of this world. Also satisfies cravings. 30g of Protein, 160 Calories, 1g sugar, 24 vitamins & minerals. One half a shake usually quenches a craving. Also cut the calories in half. 😊
