Dog, hubby and I had some cuddle time in....just totally didn't feel like getting up and working out. However, we did! Chest, Triceps, Shoulders and Ab Ripper X. Used 5lbs today - my left wrist is still a little weak, and my left elbow is a bit squirrely. The smoothie shake I had this morning was like a milkshake consistency. It was good...but I wanted more protein, so had two turkey sausage patties in addition. Now seriously stuffed. Getting in my Advocare vitamins (I do so well in the morning and forget when lunchtime rolls around). Working on getting my water in too - bought larger bottles (33.8 fl oz) vs 16.9 fl oz. Only 4 of them to get what I need to get in daily. Better than 8 of the others. Quite the challenge. But getting used to it.
Worked on a birthday video last night - EEEEEEKKKKKKKK. I am so out of proportion! I've got the diamond shape right now, and abhor it. ABHOR IT. I am for the first time ever - thick around the middle. And I ABHOR it. Hideous. Simply hideous. How come I don't ever see that person in the mirror....it's just on photos or videos. Grrrr. Uck.
