Cenada's Journal, 21 May 22

First week of my 5 month challenge done! Lost 3,5kg for my 1st week. 26,5kg to go to reach my 90kg goal by 13 October 2022. That's a total of 21 weeks to go. Need to loose an average of 1,1kg per week. Really need to buckle down to achieve this, but with hard work and dedication it can be done! 💪
116.5 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 46.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi chrisie1980 . I just stayed within my calories, drank +-3L of water a day, focused on at least drinking 2L. And made sure to get in 8000 steps a day.
